Well, we're really doing this. Before most of you are even awake we will be milling around LAX waiting for our flight to take off. 15 hours later we will be in beautiful Switzerland. I am so excited.
Saying good-night to my kids was so hard. Just knowing that when they woke up I would have left them for almost 11 days.
Everything will be great, I know it.

for some reason i wanted to cry when i read about you saying goodbye to your kids. i think that is going to be really hard when we leave next month.
