First of all, I hope you both had a great anniversary. Second, I love your mushy, romantic post. And finally, I have to tell you how hard it made me laugh! Not the whole thing obviously, but this paragraph (which is so sweet): "I remember hearing a knock on the door around 7am. I knew who I'd find behind that door. And I remember grinning from ear to ear when I saw my future Husband as I swung it wide. Time froze for a little while. And I knew that he was the path to almost every happiness I could have. I knew that he would be behind every good door for the rest of our lives together."
I even read that to Ross and his reply was, "Oh! And I got the shaft!" So, just to explain briefly, here's our similar moment on the day we got married: I'd been up most of the night between normal nerves and wondering if my cousin would make it to the wedding. I got up about 5:00 AM finally (our wedding was at 8:00) and started getting ready. I am always running late and that day of all days I wanted to be on time. Ross got to the hotel room a little before 7:00 though (when we had to be to the temple)and I was still partly in my pj's with curlers in my hair. I heard the knock. I answered the door. And then I promptly slammed it in his face!!! My dad opened the door again and rolled his eyes at my behavior to Ross and let him in. I still haven't lived that down... So, sorry for the ridiculously long post, but I'm glad your moment was romantic because I can only wish! :o) Happy Anniversary!
